Jarek is a Registered Psychotherapist with over three decades of experience supporting individuals in community and educational settings, offering virtual psychotherapy services across Ontario. Throughout his career, he has worked with individuals facing a wide range of emotional, psychological, and life challenges, helping them develop greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and lasting personal growth through evidence-based and client-centered care.
He holds a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from the University of Toronto and is registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. Over the years, he has gained extensive experience providing assessment and treatment for anxiety disorders, depression and mood-related concerns, trauma, grief and loss, stress management difficulties, and challenges associated with life transitions, relationships, and emotional wellbeing.
Drawing from a broad range of therapeutic approaches, Jarek tailors treatment to the unique needs and goals of each client. His integrative approach incorporates Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy, mindfulness-based interventions, and guided visual imagery. He works collaboratively with clients to deepen insight, strengthen coping strategies, improve emotional regulation, and support meaningful and sustainable change.
