Jad is an internationally experienced wellness educator, speaker, and a life and stress resilience coach with a strong background in mind-body practices, stress management, and emotional wellbeing offering virtual coaching services across Canada. With over a decade of experience in education, coaching, and professional training, he brings a holistic, skills-based approach to supporting individuals in building emotional resilience, balance, and sustainable holistic wellbeing.
He has worked extensively in educational and professional development settings and is a certified hypnotherapy instructor, having completed advanced training through internationally recognized institutions in the United States. He has also led and contributed to numerous workshops, conferences, and wellness programs focused on stress awareness, emotional regulation, and personal development.
Throughout his career, Jad has developed and delivered structured wellbeing programs such as Eating Behavior Programming, Emotional Liberation Breathing Technique and Induced Stress Management Coaching, all designed to support healthier habits, emotional awareness, and stress resilience through practical, non-clinical approaches.
With TAD, Jad practices exclusively as a Stress Management Coach. His coaching focuses on stress management, emotional regulation, habit and behavior change, and resilience building. His approach is collaborative, goal-oriented, and designed to complement rather than replace medical or psychological care when needed.
In addition to his coaching work, Jad is an experienced media speaker, regularly contributing to radio and television discussions to raise awareness around stress, emotional health, and wellbeing.
